WARRANTY

Full90 Sports, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser of this Full90™ Performance Headguard that the product is free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one-year from the date of original purchase. The warranty is in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, general or special, express or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Full90 Sports, Inc. in connection with the sale or use of this product. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICIABLE LAW, FULL90 SPORTS, INC. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AN IMPLIED WARANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty does not apply to defects or physical damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper fit, normal wear and tear, alterations, or use unintended by the manufacturer.

If your Full90 Performance Headguard is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within one-year of the date of original purchase, Full90 Sports, Inc. will, at its sole option, either repair or replace and then send back the headband free of charge. Mail the headband to Full90 Sports, Inc. along with a letter describing the problem and proof of the date of purchase. Full90 Sports Inc. will evaluate the claim. THIS IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. FULL90 SPORTS, INC. OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS DAMAGE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY AND INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
